How to enable API service function?

What are the limitations for free users?
Free users have 10,000 credits, 1 concurrent text to speech task, 3 day file retention, 50+ AI voices
Is there a limit to the length of text characters?
Up to 1,000 characters for free users, Up to 5,000 characters for paid users, including spaces and symbols
What payment methods are supported?
Currently OpenTTS only supports WeChat payment. In the future we will also support other payment methods, such as Alipay, PayPal, etc.
